happiness is sunshine. we should learn how to be resilient like sunshine-that despite heavy rains and storms, the sun will continuously emerge to give warmth to everything and everyone.
happiness is not just about contentment, or maybe it is. for resilience of the human spirit makes one optimistic, and this optimism creates contentment.

i must say atleast for me, happiness is indeed contentment... the quest for finding contentment makes the end goal valuable and worth it.
oo na. haha. i do agree that happiness is contentment, but i do want to describe happiness in a less formal way. hehe.
actually, yan yung answer ko sa final interview ko nung audition sa radio sa school. nakakatuwa. hehe.
